What time is delivery?

Standard delivery time is around 10:30 AM on your first rental day (Monday-Friday). We'll coordinate the exact delivery time with you via WhatsApp on the day before or morning of delivery. Weekend delivery is available upon request.

Do I need to inform my hotel?

Yes, please! Inform your hotel reception that a mobility scooter from Mobile4Ever will be delivered and picked up. This ensures smooth coordination and that the scooter can be stored securely when not in use.

Models & Features

Which model should I choose?

We offer two models - they are identical except for the battery size:

Classic: Up to 120 kg, 15 km range (2x 12V 12AH battery)
Classic+: Up to 135 kg, 20 km range (2x 12V 20AH battery)

How fast do the scooters go?

Both models have a maximum speed of 10 km/h. This is a comfortable, safe speed for navigating city streets, sidewalks, and tourist areas.

How far can I travel on one charge?

Classic: Approximately 15 km range
Classic+: Approximately 20 km range

This is more than enough for a full day of sightseeing anywhere in Austria! The battery indicator shows remaining charge. We recommend always carrying the charger with you - it's compact and can be used at any café or restaurant if needed. We provide easy charging instructions.

Can I fold the scooter for transport?

Yes! Both models are foldable and fit in most car trunks. This makes them perfect for taking in taxis or rental cars to different locations.

Usage & Operation

Is it difficult to learn how to use?

Not at all! Our scooters are very easy to operate - you can learn in just 2 minutes. Simple throttle control, hand brakes, and clear battery indicator. We provide personal instruction upon delivery and send WhatsApp video tutorials for reference.

Can I use it on public transport?

Yes, across Austria! Our scooters are allowed on accessible public transport including elevators, accessible trams, buses, and the metro. This gives you maximum flexibility for exploring.

How do I charge the battery?

Very simple! Just plug the included charger into any standard wall outlet (like charging a phone). Charge overnight at your hotel. We'll send you a video tutorial via WhatsApp showing exactly how to do this.

What if I have a problem during rental?

We provide WhatsApp support during business hours throughout your rental period. Whether it's a technical question, usage tip, or problem - we're always just a message away!

Where am I allowed to use the scooter?

Our mobility scooter is classified as a walking aid (Gehhilfe), so you can use it anywhere pedestrians are allowed – on sidewalks, in pedestrian zones, and inside buildings, tourist attractions, and shops.

It is treated like a wheelchair, not a vehicle – no bike lanes, no roads.

Parking and usage – where can I leave the scooter?

Our mobility scooter is classified as a walking aid (Gehhilfe), so it belongs wherever pedestrians walk – on sidewalks, in pedestrian zones, and inside buildings. Never leave it in car parking areas.

When stopping briefly, leave it standing in a safe spot without the key inserted. At your hotel, take it to your room or arrange a secure storage area with reception to protect it from weather and theft.

Can I pre-book the scooter in advance?

Are long-term rentals possible?

Yes! We offer both daily rentals and long-term rentals. Whether you need the scooter for a few days or several weeks - just contact us and we'll create a personalized quote for your desired rental period.

How do I pay?

Payment is made in cash (EUR) upon delivery. No advance payment required - you pay when you receive the scooter.

Can I request a different delivery time?

Standard delivery is around 10:30 AM on your first rental day. If you need a different time, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Do I get instructions on how to use the scooter?

Yes! Our friendly staff will explain the operation directly at the delivery location and take time for all your questions. We also send you instruction videos via WhatsApp beforehand so you can familiarize yourself with the scooter.
